WARNING: graphic material, but it’s graphic action that keeps our world progressing. An artist decided to personify Gustave Courbet’s 1866 painting L’Origine du Monde (The origin of the world) at the Musée d’Orsay. Clad in shimmering gold to mirror the frames in which hold majority of the collections at the gallery, she puts herself on display. Form your own opinions on this, tacky desperate street art, or provocative display of selflessness? These things must occur in order to keep thought moving among populations. I think she nails it.
