Google’s own weather app has not yet been officially released, but the APK file for the app is already in circulation and can be installed on smartphones running Android 14 or higher. The app is simply called “Weather” and will probably be launched alongside Google’s Pixel 9 smartphones, which will be released at the end of August.
The app is actually the company’s first own weather app. Other weather functions were previously only integrated into the Google app or other apps.
