From now until 21 August, Sky has slashed the price of its Sports, TV and Netflix bundle to the cheapest it’s ever been.
For just £43 per month for 24 months, you can watch huge hits such as House of the Dragon and Supacell, and catch all key matches in the Championship, League One and League Two live this weekend.
Other highlights include the opening weekend of the Premier League on 16-18 August, featuring Manchester United vs Fulham and Chelsea vs Man City, plus every F1 race. Then there’s TV shows such as Succession, plus the new Simone Biles Rising documentary.
This price only applies to the entertainment package with Sky Stream, a small streaming stick that plugs into the back of your telly. You can also get it with Sky Glass, a TV with Sky built-in, but this will cost you extra (starting from £14 per month). This bundle is not available with Sky Q or Now.
Though this bundle is made up of several packages, you must stay subscribed to all of them for the full 24 months to keep the prices. If you cancel one, then you’ll instead pay £28 per month for Sky Ultimate TV and £28 per month for the Sky Sports Complete Pack.
Sky channels include the UHD add-on, while Netflix is the Standard with Ads subscription which is capped at 1080p – though you can upgrade to an ad-free plan, or even Premium for 4K quality.
This discount lands just ahead of the launch of Sky Sports+, which arrives on Thursday 8 August 2024. This will include new playback features, new ways to navigate to your favourite events and exclusive sports documentaries. Users won’t need to do anything to access this new service – it will just launch on the interface.
Once the 24 months are over, users will pay for each pack individually. According to Sky, these will cost £31 per month for Sky Ultimate TV, £30 per month for Sky Sports Complete Pack and £6 for the UHD add-on.
