Amazon Prime Day might be over but there are still lots of deals to be found elsewhere and this Pixel 4a price is the lowest ever for Google’s mid-range phone thanks to a discount code at Currys.
The Pixel 4a normally costs £349 and although it’s occasionally been on sale at £299, you can get it for just £279 if you’re quick with code ‘PIXEL20’. It’s part of Curry’s ShopLive Event featuring brands like Google and Tefal but the deals only last 24 hours so you have until 7pm.
During the live broadcast, you can ask tech experts questions about the product in real-time to make sure it’s right for you. And if you miss it, the video is available to watch back on-demand to be eligible – minus you being able to quiz them, of course.
“The unique experience will also enable shoppers to receive completely personalised buying advice from their living rooms, so that they can go away feeling confident that they will be able to choose the right product for them, their families and their lifestyle,” said Currys.
At £279, the Pixel 4a is one of the best phone deals around for what is another excellent handset from Google’s A range. These are cut-down versions of the flagship Pixel phones to achieve a more affordable price.
Importantly, the phone has the same main and front cameras as its bigger brother and even has a bigger battery compared to the Pixel 4. Of course, there are some downgrades such as no wireless charging or secondary telephoto lens.
However, the Pixel 4a has a lot to offer for the price and since it’s Google’s own phone, you’ll be the first to get new versions of Android including Android 12 which arrives later this year.
In our Google Pixel 4a review, we scored it 8/10 and gave it a Tech Advisor Recommended award.
