Ninja’s new Double Stack XL special edition is out now in the UK

The Ninja Double Stack XL is one of Ninja’s most innovative air fryers, packing four cooking spaces into a relatively compact, dual-drawer format.

The standard Double Stack XL model is grey (available from Currys, Ninja Kitchen, and other retailers for £269.99) but you can now buy a special white edition of the air fryer for the same price – but only from Currys. It’s the same as the classic grey model in every respect, except for its colour.

Not set on the white colourway? The QVC shopping site has an exclusive discount that will save you £90 on the classic grey model, but it’s available today only.

The Double Stack XL isn’t the only Ninja air fryer that’s available as a white special edition from Currys.

You can also buy the Ninja Foodi Max Dual Zone for £229.99. This is Ninja’s classic dual-drawer model. You can read our review of the Foodi Max to find out more, although bear in mind that the Currys model does not feature a digital cooking probe.

The 8-in-1 slow cooker, the Ninja Foodi PossibleCooker, is also available in white for £149.99. We’ve reviewed the PossibleCooker, which as well as slow cooking, can also sear, steam, bake and prove dough. It’s an incredibly useful appliance but it will take up a big chunk of your kitchen counter in exchange.

We think the white Ninja appliances look good. Most air fryers and similar countertop appliances tend to be black or grey, and, as they’re pretty chunky appliances, they can be a hulking kitchen presence. But white models won’t make your kitchen counter look as dark and crowded as conventional models.

Still, it does mean that every blob of oil or flick of sauce will show up to lurid effect, and you’ll need to be prepared to do some extra spot cleaning to keep them as shiny as new. So you might wan to give that some thought before you buy.
