The Surface Pro 9 was announced almost a year ago, but it remains Microsoft’s flagship tablet.
With Windows 11 installed, it can replace a laptop for some people. But only if you buy the keyboard cover, an accessory that’s sold separately.
As our review explains, the Surface Pro 9 can quicky get expensive. You should probably avoid the ARM-based model, but the Intel version still ranks as the best 2-in-1 you can buy.
Understandably, you might want to only buy the device when there are discounts available. And the good news is that’s the case right now – here are the best deals in the US and UK.

- Core i5, 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD – $999.99 (not available in the UK)
- Core i5, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD – $1,099.99/£1,099

Even that starting price puts in in flagship laptop territory, and you’ll need to pay anywhere from $139.99/£129.99 to $299.99/£259.99 extra for a keyboard cover. Most 2-in-1 laptops are more affordable.
