Since launching earlier this year, Freely has gradually been rolled out on TVs across the UK. Now, the streaming equivalent of Freeview has been confirmed to get an impressive number of new content additions to its portfolio.
In 2025, seven new live channels will be available to watch, while four new on-demand players will also be added to stream whenever you like.
Some of the highlights include the TRUE CRIME channel, which airs gritty documentaries about baffling investigations, as well as more light-hearted offerings such as the reality court show, Judge Judy. There’s also the beloved US channel PBS which airs the investigative series Frontline, as well as LEGEND, the home of classic action like Star Trek and The A-Team, and several QVC channels for anyone interested in a bit of TV retail therapy.
CEO of Everyone TV Jonathan Thompson gave the following quote on the launch: “From groundbreaking storytelling to rich historical programming and an engaging shopping experience, we are excited to offer an increasingly competitive free viewing experience with these new channels and on demand players.”
Here’s the full list of new channels arriving next year, along with the number you’ll need to press on your remote:

Freely also confirmed in the press release that “more smart TV, OS providers and content partners” are still to be announced, so users may get additional channels and streaming platforms in the future.
